The terms for using Pika Pika Arsh. By using the site or making an account, you agree to them.
Who we are
Pika Pika Arsh is a website about the Pokémon trading card market: prices, graded cards, population and the tools around them, with commentary from Arsh.
Information, not advice
Prices are for information only and aren't financial advice. Everything on the site is information. Prices come from third-party markets and can be wrong, incomplete or late; anything marked as derived is our own calculation. Decide what to buy or sell for yourself.
Your account
- You need to be 13 or older to have an account.
- Keep your sign-in methods to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens through your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Using the site fairly
- No scraping, crawling or other automated access, and no copying our data in bulk.
- No reselling or republishing our data or tools as your own.
- No attempts to break, overload or get around the site’s security or limits.
Pro
- Pro is a subscription, $9.99 a month or $99 a year in US dollars, plus sales tax where it applies. What it includes is on the pricing page.
- It renews automatically at the same price, every month or every year, until you cancel. You agree to that at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe.
- A new account’s first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, once per account. Checkout takes a card; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
- A promo code gives a longer free trial: the number of days it states, in place of the usual trial. Checkout still takes a card, and when the trial ends Pro renews automatically at the full price unless you’ve cancelled. Codes are one per account, may expire or run out, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
- Cancel any time from your account page (Manage billing). Pro lasts to the end of the period you’ve paid for and doesn’t renew after it.
- Refunds follow the refund policy.
- If the price changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over about two weeks; Pro stays on meanwhile, and ends if no payment goes through.
- Deleting your account ends Pro at once, without a refund for the rest of the period unless the refund policy gives one.
- Subscribing needs you to be 18 or older, or to use a parent’s card with their permission.
- If you stop paying, nothing you’ve added is deleted. Past the free allowances you can keep, change and remove what you have, but not add more.
Other people’s names and pictures
Pokémon names, card text and card images belong to their owners. See the disclaimer.
Ending things
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using the site whenever you like.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it or relying on it.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and we’ll email account holders about anything significant before it takes effect.
